Enrollment & Lottery Information
Eligibility Requirements:
- Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1.
- Students entering First Grade must be 6 years old by September 1.
Lottery & Waitlist Details:
- If your child is on the 2024-25 waitlist, you must reapply to be entered into the 2025-26 lottery.
- Submitting multiple lottery entries will not increase your child’s chances of being selected.
- Siblings of current LECS students receive priority in the lottery process.
Enrollment Capacity & District Preference:
- LECS enrolls up to 219 students across Kindergarten through 8th grade each year.
- Students residing in the District receive priority over out-of-district applicants.
